JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title : Associate Software Engineer

Terms and conditions are as follows:

• 5 days in a week (Any of the 5 days in a week)
• Complete day shifts.
• Package is Rs 1.44Lacs in Training And 1.8Lacs P.A after  Training.

The Selection Process would be

1. Personal Round
2. Written Test
3. Technical Round
4. Client interview(At our Premises)

 Educational Qualification:

 1. 10th - 60%
 2. 12th - 60%
 3. Graduation - 60% aggregate

  at graduation level, we are looking for B.Tech (CS, IT, EEE, ECE) / B.E & MCA.

Interview Process & Topics:

1^st –Round of Interview (Written Test)

1.      General Knowledge

      Need to cover Basic knowledge on Aptitude and Reasoning.

      2. Technical and Programming

3. Current affairs     

·         Sports achievements from the past 1 year

·         Politics Ex: Ministry levels (State and central govt. minister)

·         Presidents and prime ministers of neighboring countries of India

                                                                                     

2^nd – Round of Interview (Technical)

Should have knowledge on Core subjects (at least important topics)

Ex. CSE: Basics about Java .Net and C

Note: should be able to explain in about 2 to 3 lines of each and every project

3^rd – Round of Interview

Software Trainee:   QST/10011/T

Ø  Must have good knowledge on Java / .Net Technologies.

Ø  Candidate will undergo an extensive training on technology & will work as a trainee for the company on stipend basis in a team headed by experienced developers / Mentors.

Ø  Training period is for 3 months which is extendable on performance basis.

Ø  Trainee would learn theoretical concepts but would practice it with live projects in the organization.

Ø  Working here as a Trainee will make them better programmer who will be ready to face any kind of challenges in the organization and in the IT industry.

Ø  Trainee will get the opportunity to work directly on the in-house intranet product development using the cutting edge technology.

Ø  We at QUADESOFT spend time with each individual trainee to know them and be known by them mentor them and listen to them; challenge them and encourage them.

Documents to be submitted:-

• 2 Passport Size photographs (Color)
• Xerox Copies of Educational Certificates -10th, Intermediate, Degree & PG
• Photo ID proof (Pan card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport) - XEROX
• Address Proof (Electricity Bill /water Bill) - Original
• If Experienced, Service Certificate Xerox Copy

Note: Without any one of the above documents not eligible for the test.
