This is to inform to all the B.Tech final year students, Times Jobs is conducting AP Talent hunt phase-2,( more than 12 companies - IT and core) off-campus drives at DVR college on 16th and 17th March, 2013.
The institute has decided to participate in this mega event. The facilitation is to all the CRT students primarily at free of cost. They are requested to approach the TPO and Update their resumes, marks & profile before 2-3-2013
Further the facility is extends to Non-crt students also. However these students have to register in TPO’s office by paying a registration amount of Rs 300/- only along with their latest resume by 4-3-2013.

Online Test (1 Mar, 2013)
Those who have attended the Workshop on Cyber Forensics (28 Feb, 2013) areEXEMPT from this. For others, the Online Test is compulsory.

The syllabus for the Online Test is as under:

1.     The major cyber crime related terms as well as the various types of cyber crimes and hacking attacks prevalent around the world.

2.     Spoofing attacks such as web spoofing, DNS spoofing, email spoofing and SMS spoofing.

3.     Symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption, file encryption, disk encryption, full disk encryption, steganography and file camouflage techniques.

4.     Password breaking, mathematical authentication of digital evidence, recovery of deleted files and basic web investigation.

5.     Indian law relating to hacking, malware, pornography, software and music piracy as well as the powers of the police and the adjudication system for cyber crime cases.
