Job Profile:
  1. Candidates will undergo a 3 month training program for Business Intelligence - The Systech Boot Camp. 
  2. This program includes class room participation, lab exercises, project simulations and real-world apprenticeship.
  3. On successful completion of training one shall be responsible for, but not limited to implement BI solutions, execute different stages of project life-cycle, work in a team and communicate  with clients.
Skill Set:
  1. Candidates who have learnt SQL as part of their curriculum or done a course on SQL alone are eligible to participate in this interview process.
  2. Candidates who have done Data Warehousing as part of curriculum preferred.
  3. Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts compulsory.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Sound aptitude, outstanding logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  6. Willingness to take initiatives and assume leadership roles.
  7. Willingness to travel.
Campus Interview Process:
On Campus
1. Group discussion
2. Written test/Online Test – 90 mins (Aptitude, RDBMS (SQL), Communication - Candidates to get 60% to go to next level)

At Systech
3. Technical Interview to evaluate candidates on the RDBMS skills
4. HR/Behavioral Interview that evaluates candidates for technical, communication and behavioral skills.
